111 views 24 Jun 2022 Fantastic and energetic picket line at the HBC e-commerce warehouse in Scarborough. More than 300 workers (members of Unifor local 40) are holding the line including blockading scab busses and other trucks which are lined up down the street. The truck drivers are refusing to cross the lines. The workers are demanding a pay raise. Many have years of experience at the job and with inflation climbing, they have fallen far behind the minimum salary required for a living wage in Toronto.
